so i totally
spartan is in about 3 days and the thing i am most nervous about is BREATHING! i need an inhaler desperately from the darn colds and flu i've had since november. it is like it keeps building on itself and making it more and more difficult to breathe! i hate it. but i don't have insurance until feb 1st so anyone wanna share an inhaler with me on sunday?!
getting really pumped and nervous/excited/scared... you know, that usual "fear of the unknown" crap. not only that but i'm going to be running without my brother, my crutch, the person who i originally talked into doing these things with me but i honestly don't want to do it without! i'd definitely rather him take care of himself but darn it! ;)
anywho, here's today's workout!

thursday 1-23-14:
Max rounds in 20 minutes
5x Burpees
10x Push-ups
15x Sit-ups
20x Squats

I don't do them daily so if theres not one posted I'll just look to the day before :)
