we're coming down to about 5 days until SPARTAN MANIA. i, once again, feel out of shape.. haha! i have been working out but the flu has gotten the best of me. i am trying to work on taking better care of myself and not burning the candle at both ends all the time. it is really, really hard for me to do but i am determined to make it happen!! so SUNDAY i'll be rolling in the mud and hopefully NOT jumping into vail lake again like last year, lol!
