12 days of Christmas challenge.

wow, talk about a major blogging slacker! life has been crazy (isn't that ALWAYS my poor excuse?)

here's a quick preview of what has been going on:
  • i skipped the rock n' roll vegas, i'm happy with my decision on that one.
  • VBL came to an end, i got to push a firetruck again - SO fun - and i met and made some wonderful friends to become part of my awesome gym family.
  • i've been studying for my NASM certification, often. 
  • i cut back on the gym and running for a few weeks, trying to get through the end of the work year and holiday chaos.
so now what is jenna up to?? well, now that i'm off of work until jan 4th, and broke, mind you, i decided to get back into lifting for a couple weeks. my idea this morning? 12 days of Christmas challenge! i'm weighing in tonight, started off my morning with a good breakfast but i'm going to TRY to blog every single day with what i did, ate, and how i worked out. i'm going to be busy studying. my goal is to study each and every day until that first week of january when i schedule my NASM test. and with that and getting super fit my priority, i think i'll be able to actually blog and stay on top of things. it'll help me from mindless eating of holiday cookies as well. haha.

so as this is short and sweet for now, i will blog again later tonight with an update of my first day! :)
