day two.

okay sooooo i woke up this morning feeling GREAT! i had so much energy last night it was hard for me to sleep, but i went the entire day without coffee (until about 5pm). normally i wake up to a cup!

so i'm feeling good all day, a little sore, but able to move around a lot. then around 5:30pm, my entire upper body: arms, chest, sides, back, shoulders, etc. started to completely freeze up! they were hurting to the touch, and oddly enough, not my legs!

so i powered through work, and then came home and got to the gym. at the gym i streched, a LOT. then i lifted light weights for a lot of reps to help work out the sore muscles. after that i ran/walked on the treadmill for 20 mins and then did a few ab exercises. while i waited for carlos to finish his workout, i streched, a LOT more! :)

i just got home not too long ago and it's late. i iced my shins, now i might ice my knees. i don't wanna hurt myself and i definitely just want to be able to workout each day without feeling completely drained.

i REALLY wanted to try spin class tomorrow morning, but i think i'm going to hold off. (sorry for this one guys) but i'm on my period and i just don't feel like it's going to be much fun sitting on a spinning bike while feeling the way i do... ha! :)

i will wake up, go to the gym and get in a great workout, i'll save the spin for next week.

tomorrow, i'm going to post the 10 things our trainer told us to do each day to lose weight. i already made copies for all my coworkers so BE EXCITED! :)


PS. i still have my battle scars, they burn in the shower, lol it's like rug burn!
