I will get to a "2014 GOALS" post soon, however, I have had many requests from clients as to what they can do at home and on their days they are not training with me.
With that, I decided to begin posting workouts on here for you all to complete or save for a later day! You know, for those days when you want to workout but just don't know what to do!

4 rounds, 40-30-20-10x reps
Walking lunge steps, forward
Push-ups
Walking lunge steps, reverse
Sit-ups
