soooooo week three and i'm down another 1.6lbs! yeah! soo stoked. also- my back hurts so much. it's not injured, just SUPER sore!! so today i'm relaxing, resting my body, and eating super clean so that i'll recover more quickly.
as promised, here's a new picture of me. i weigh-in in the same outfit each week to help make sure i'm getting an accurate weight so here it is:
please ignore my messy hair and socks, it was AFTER the team challenge so i was super sweaty :)
this week's goals:
- eat more vegetables!!
- lose 2lbs
- eat around 1600 calories/day
