so ever since i wrote myself a workout plan, i've been KILLING it. i've lost about 3lbs so far, tomorrow's my official weekly weigh-in but my body has changed drastically in only a couple weeks. i'm SO impressed with myself. it just goes to show that hard work and dedication pay off in wonderful ways. my bikini body is on it's way and i'm so stoked!
i have been following my gym schedule to a "t" until today. instead of sunday plyos i did sunday sprints because my dad is setting up my running schedule so i can start training for my PR. those plyometric workouts though are making my butt look SO good. i'm tooting my own horn for once. the changes are picture worthy so yes, i'm about to show you a booty picture and honestly, because i'm hiding behind a computer... NO SHAME!

my eating has been okay. i'm consciously trying to eat clean and six times a day. i wake up in the morning and have my eggs before the gym and follow up my workout session with a protein shake and some oatmeal. usually for lunch i have some sort of protein, veggie and carb then for snack it's apple and almond or peanut butter followed with a salad for dinner. it truly depends on the day, what my workout is, etc. i've been taking fish oil, multivitamins, biotin and my probiotic every day as well. on occasion i pop a few chewable amino acids when i think i'm going to feel extra sore. i swear the supplements work wonders.. probably the multivitamins. i accidentally left them at home one day and i was EXHAUSTED. it was so weird... maybe it was just in my head??
this weekend was kind of a food fail. friday i didn't eat enough throughout the day and i had two beers over the span of about 6 hours that night and man! i felt it more than i should. it's been a few weeks since i've had anything to drink and that's probably why. i felt terrible on saturday morning too. then saturday night i decided to have a cheat meal of
so as for other things going on in life... well, i have TWO personal trainer job interviews this month.. so prayers would be appreciated. i also did my taxes last night and i now have the BEST financial plan for this year. i know i say this often but i'm SO excited for what's to come. happy february friends!
