pre-first workout nerves.

okay so today's the big day! my first workout is tonight!! :) i'm nervous, excited and anxious. i know it will be a blast but why WOULDN'T i be nervous?

i've been moderating my normal gym routine this week for tonight. i took monday off. last night i went and just did light cardio (walked on the treadmill) in hopes that i wouldn't be sore today. my biggest fear is arriving late. i work in vista until 6pm and i have to make it to temecula and change and be ready to go by 7pm. i'm probably going to sneak out of work a little early tonight just to be safe!

this week i've been a little unmotivated. i don't know if it is because it is that lovely time of month (of course the first week it happens), or if it is because i'm back to work and so it's harder for me to focus on my health, or if it is because i'm nervous about this challenge so i freeze when i start doing my daily health routines. so wish me luck everyone. i really need some support today and the rest of the week.

ps. on my own diet adventure i've been weighing myself every tuesday. (i lost another pound!)
