so now it's been super long. it's such a fail that i don't blog more. my life has been so insane. it's so weird how much has changed throughout this whole thing.
okay so i'm two weigh-ins behind, sadly!
two weeks ago i lost 1.4lbs, riiight on track :) i came to the realization a few weeks ago that all i need to lose is 1.25lbs a week in order to be at my goal weight by my 25th birthday. so anything over 1.25 makes me SUPER happy.
well speaking of being SUPER happy about weight loss, this past week i lost 5.6lbs! i seriously stepped it up on my workouts. which means this week i need to seriously step it up again. i also need to make sure i'm eating more!
im really starting to LOVE going running too. i turn my iPod up super duper loud and just go. it really helps me clear my mind. and i can run so much more than i'd ever thought i'd be able to!

i was also the top percentage weight-loss for the week! yay :)
