exhausted!

so i made it through my first whole week of the competition. but man! i'm so flippin' tired tonight! i was going to go to the gym just to do cardio but i'm absolutely pooped! i don't feel too bad about it though because i need to have a rest day, but i should have gone on a walk or something today. oh well. i've learned that throughout this thing even though it says get 7hrs sleep a night, that's a MINIMUM. i'm pretty sure i need 8. so that's my goal. get 8hrs of sleep every night this week.

also-getting to bed early tonight should help a lot. that way i can have a fresh start tomorrow morning and get my workout in early. i have my first nutrition class tomorrow night. should be a LOT of fun and really interesting!
